Liam has been working in the field of energy management and energy efficiency since 1990, initially as an energy manager in the pharmaceutical industry and, since 2001, as an independent energy management consultant.
He has a passion for practical, transparent, and low-cost solutions to clients’ needs and has a personal commitment to sustainability and to decarbonisation.
He has worked with over 500 organisations globally implementing energy management systems based on ISO 50001. He is a member of ISO Technical Committee 301, which developed ISO 50001 and its supporting standards.
He is the Lead International expert in energy management with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). He has also led the development and delivery of training programs to the energy agencies and standards bodies of more than 100 countries on ISO 50001 on behalf of ISO.
Andrea’s background is in agri-food engineering with a master's degree in project management in engineering in the natural environment.
She is a member of the technical committee TC 301 of ISO representing Spain in the drafting and revision of international standards of energy management (ISO 50001 and derivatives). She is also a lead auditor at ENAC, accrediting certification bodies in ISO 50001.
She has been an International Expert in energy management at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) since 2013, supporting more than 1000 organizations globally to develop effective energy management systems. She participated in UNIDO projects in Ukraine, South Africa, Georgia, Russia, Cuba, Iran and North Macedonia.
Andrea leads the energy management team in Gen0. She specialises in supporting our clients in the implementation of Energy Management Systems and Sustainability Systems.
Raúl has spent a large part of his career in the pharmaceutical sector, specialising in the qualification of systems and equipment as well as in the design, installation and commissioning of HVAC, steam, refrigeration, water and gas installations.
He is an Industrial Engineer, specialising in Energy Engineering, internationally accredited as CEM® (Certified Energy Manager) by the AEE (Association of Energy Engineers).
Raúl leads the energy engineering team at Gen0, focusing on identifying and implementing decarbonization and energy saving measures through energy audits, Retrocommissioning (RCx), electrification and renewable energy solutions.
During the last 10 years he has led and completed many hundred energy audits in different sectors, and organizations around the world.
Luis has worked in the sustainability field since 2006 building on his experience as a bio-climatic architect.
Luis is focused on the use of advanced data analytics, normalized indicators and related monitoring tools, in order to evaluate energy performance improvement and carbon footprint reduction.
He is a Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) accredited by the AEE (Association of Energy Engineers) since 2016.
Since 2014, he had collaborated with UNIDO as an International Energy Performance Indicator expert, leading data analysis and performance monitoring in Energy Management System implementation projects. In this field, he is the main author and trainer in the UNIDO program.
